If your situation has changed and you can no longer attend an event that you've RSVP to in-person or visa-versa virtually, you can simply visit this page to adjust your attendance type.
Once you've amended your ticket, you will receive an email from us which will include the updated event details for you.
If you already have a confirmation email from us with your Zoom dial-in details and for some reason you cannot get access to the event, it is likely that you need to be logged into Zoom first before you click on the Zoom link from us.
Please go to the Zoom website first (Zoom.us), log-in (using the same email address that RSVP'd to our event with) and then go back and click on our Zoom link that was send to you via email from us.
This will generally fix any issues you may be having with logging in, but in case you have any further challenges then you can reach out to us on 0490 845 307.

From time to time we offer promotions for our PDN Annual Membership and at the moment we are offering a $1 trial for the first 30 days.
This trial is valid for new members only, and gives access to attend every Meetup we hold in the first month, either in-person or virtually and full access to the back catalog of prior Meetup event recordings, since way back to 2012 when we first started.

We really hope you won't be looking for this FAQ, but we understand that people's circumstances can change at times, and you may want to cancel your PDN Annual Subscription so it's doesnt automatically renew.
To do this, simply fill out this form, and we'll get the next steps organised for you.
Don't worry also, you can fill this form out at any time during your Subscription, and your access to the website and ability to join our Meetups won't physically end until the end of your Membership term.
You'll receive an email from us once your request has been submitted, and also another email at the point in time that your Membership term comes to an end, and you no longer have access.
