Felicity Walker has been involved in the property space for longer than she cares to admit. Her strategy has changed over the years, giving her a wide range of experience and an ability to see multiple solutions for the day-to-day problems that arise as a property developer. Networking with other property people is her favourite thing to do, particularly other women, as she believes the hive mind is far more powerful than acting alone. A rising tide lifts all boats is her motto.





Tanvi Chawla has cultivated a multifaceted approach to her professional journey and subsequently developed a diverse career pathway by integrating her expertise in healthcare, business management and real estate. During her 15 years of professional experience, she founded a specialized medical practice centred on spinal care based in Toorak. Alongside her role as the primary clinician, practice director, business owner and medical property investor, she is also currently undergoing training for property development ventures. Recognizing the strength and power of collaboration, she is dedicated to connecting individuals in the industry with the aim of facilitating beneficial advancements and collective growth.
