Jessica Reynolds is the Managing Director of JREY®, a private town planning firm dedicated to obtaining development approvals.
In addition to her decade of work with JREY®, Jessica is also the founder of Property4Good Pty Ltd, a company that organises events to raise funds for charities focused on ending human trafficking and sexual exploitation of children. Jessica's commitment to social responsibility and her passion for making a positive impact in the community is an integral part of her business philosophy.


YOUR HOSTS:

She Bossy Development was formed by Madison Salvia and Polina Radchenko, a lawyer and an interior designer passionate about creating great properties within inner-city Brisbane.
Madison has personal experience with renovations and builds and has completed Rob Flux’s Property Development Formula course in 2022. Apart from the knowledge of legal process, Madison’s strength is communication. She is a gun at translating any idea into a well-written brief and has mad attention to detail.
Polina brings flair and construction knowledge to the duo with over 13 years of experience in construction industry as an interior designer. Polina has helped a number of property developer clients take their high-end projects to market and achieve record sales. Polina is also a current PDF student.
Together, Madison and Polina aim to develop inner-city Brisbane properties with confidence, care, and pride.
