He was previously co-founder and CEO of an online marketplace for mortgages, insurance and utilities, personally conceiving, founding and successfully exiting an Australian tech start-up. David has a wealth of capabilities developed through a career in strategic advisory and operations spanning the property, fintech, and healthcare industries in both Australia and the UK.

Melissa Neighbour- Sky Planning 
Melissa Neighbour is an urban planner, sustainability specialist and community builder at the forefront of shaping more progressive cities. With over 20 years’ experience, she is the Director of Sky Planning, a Sydney-based consultancy operating across NSW, specialising in planning approvals and sustainable development.
Operating within one of Australia’s most complex planning systems, she brings deep expertise in NSW planning controls, development pathways and the systemic constraints shaping housing supply. This frontline experience led her to co-found Sydney YIMBY, a community-led movement advocating for planning reform to address the housing crisis.
Deeply committed to housing equity, Melissa serves on the board of the Tiny Homes Foundation, a not-for-profit delivering independence through housing—one tiny home at a time.


Kurtis McConkey - Natis Constructions 
A highly accomplished property developer with a background in Chemical Engineering and Industrial Shutdown Management. Prior to establishing Natis Constructions,Kurtis was a Senior Commissioning Engineer holding roles with Orica, Origin and AGL. Primarily engaged in commissioning and shutdowns a highly transferable skill set in project management helps Natis achieve schedule and budget outcomes. Kurtis has also gained construction experience in a number of roles throughout the past 15 years directly managing the construction of residential projects and subdivisions. Kurtis’ involvement with Natis came from a combination of two main drivers, a passion for construction and seeing his developments successfully completed and also a significantly increasing risk profile with residential construction, and as a Chemical Engineer if you can’t control the risk, you have to own the risk. The opportunity to work with Nathan in founding Natis was an opportunity to work with someone equally as passionate about construction
