With over 20 years’ experience, she is the Director of Sky Planning, a Sydney-based consultancy operating across NSW, specialising in planning approvals and sustainable development.
Operating within one of Australia’s most complex planning systems, she brings deep expertise in NSW planning controls, development pathways and the systemic constraints shaping housing supply. This frontline experience led her to co-found Sydney YIMBY, a community-led movement advocating for planning reform to address the housing crisis.

Kurtis McConkey - Natis Constructions
A highly accomplished property developer with a background in Chemical Engineering and Industrial Shutdown Management. Prior to establishing Natis Constructions,Kurtis was a Senior Commissioning Engineer holding roles with Orica, Origin and AGL. Primarily engaged in commissioning and shutdowns a highly transferable skill set in project management helps Natis achieve schedule and budget outcomes. Kurtis has also gained construction experience in a number of roles throughout the past 15 years directly managing the construction of residential projects and subdivisions. Kurtis’ involvement with Natis came from a combination of two main drivers, a passion for construction and seeing his developments successfully completed and also a significantly increasing risk profile with residential construction, and as a Chemical Engineer if you can’t control the risk, you have to own the risk. The opportunity to work with Nathan in founding Natis was an opportunity to work with someone equally as passionate about construction
