Andy Wang
Andy Wang came to Australia a decade ago and began his property journey in 2014. He is an engineer, and has experience in various projects such as duplexes, townhouses, and subdivisions. Currently he is enjoying his journey in NSW and hopes to explore opportunities in different states in the near future.

But when Council will only approve the LEAST profitable plan you put forward… Aughhh!!! REALLY!?!?
That was just the beginning for Andy Wang, who encountered his fair share of challenges with this project:
- Finding asbestos in the existing house
- Loads of trees to remove
- Roller coaster ride in finance process
- Changed from Residential to Commercial finance to fund civil construction
- Unexpected civil variation costs
- Battle with Ausgrid over a Power Pole relocation
- Negotiated to avoid electricity transformer upgrade
- Slow sales progress
