Tony & Yan Murphy
Tony Murphy previously worked for St Vincent De Paul Society for 20 years as a Psychotherapist / Program Director. He liked his job but decided it was time to create some wealth, as working for charity was not going to cut it into retirement. Tony had completed Building Foreman Clerk of Works certificate many years before, so decided to activate the license and go back on site. 25 years out of the game, big learning curve, but he picked it up quick!

And… with purchasing an already DA approved site! What could possibly go wrong?
Luckily for Tony & Yan the deal went well generally… BUT:
- Tony & Yan had not done any education going into this project
- They didn’t know what they didn’t know
- Building the project himself… there was no pay for Tony!
- Lower than expected sales of end product! Eeeek!!!
