John Clifford (Director of Operations, Sales and Administration) is responsible for finding hybrid water/retaining wall and On Site Detention (OSD) solutions for clients. He is a traditionally trained accountant with broad multi-skilled experience across a number of disciplines in technical and also management roles.
Landscape Tanks are the original modular, interconnecting, low preparation, easy install, multi-functional (retaining wall, barrier, garden bed and water storage) system in Australia. The technology that facilitates these characteristics is patented and was developed and designed in Australia.

Jia Fernandez has been in the construction industry for more than 20 years, initially in architecture and the last 10 years as Development Manager for tier 1 companies focusing on large-scale, high-rise projects in Germany and Australia. Now working full time in her own business as a property developer, allowing her to be with family and fulfill her dream to run her own business.

Jia Fernandez was in luck when purchasing this project with an Option Contract!
AND then lodging the DA and CC during the option period meant a reduction in the overall project timeline and savings on holding costs!!! Winning!
But the run of good luck had its calamities too…
- Majority of shortlisted builders cancelled during the tender process due to over commitment
- Extended construction period due to extreme wet weather
- Construction during Covid increased the construction cost significantly
- The lender did not release the contingency allowed for the project
