As a Full-time Property Consultant at One Level Up, Nathalie Bruel completed multiple renovations along with two developments and has two more on the go. She is the working party, sourcing the opportunity, creating the feasibility study, dealing with the A-team, participating in the approval process including design plans, overseeing the construction, closing the deal.
Darren Kelly and Karen Scally bought & sold numerous family homes, but didn’t have experience, time or confidence to do a construction deal by ourselves; a JV deal was essential to be able to move forward.
