ALAS… even with this crackerjack team on board not everything went so well:
- The DA held up due to a very young inexperienced Assessment Officer.
- Home Owners Warranty Insurance issues delayed the start of the project.
- Demolition company had to be re-engaged after site cut started as they hadn't completed the job to specification!!!
- Delays due to weather, AND…
- A six week delay due to no bricklayers being available!
