Nolan Keenan
Nolan has over 30 years involvement in property in varying degrees, from working as an Estate Agent in the late 80’s and early 90’s in the UK to building a property investment portfolio, earning a Cert IV in Real Estate and acting as a Buyer’s Agent. Over the past 5 years he has transitioned into Property Development and Development Management.
For 25 years Nolan worked in Business and Technology Program Management, Project Management, Consulting and Operations for some of the world’s largest organisations leading large diverse global teams and successfully delivering complex, high value Business & Technology projects and programs. He is now taking this experience and applying it to Property Development.

Nolan made good use of the delayed settlement he negotiated when purchasing this property, teaming up with awesome JV Partners and an Architect with a contact book full of skilled consultants – Town Planner, Engineer, Builder – even a Sales & Marketing company for the pre-sales!
ALAS… even with this crackerjack team on board not everything went so well:
- The DA held up due to a very young inexperienced Assessment Officer.
- Home Owners Warranty Insurance issues delayed the start of the project.
- Demolition company had to be re-engaged after site cut started as they hadn't completed the job to specification!!!
- Delays due to weather, AND…
- A six week delay due to no bricklayers being available!
SO… with all the delays and 100% of the sales of this project being pre-sales – how did Nolan finish up?
