Simon O’Hara is the Owner, Director and Principal Planner at Statewest Planning. Commencing his career in 1982, Simon has over 40 years working in his profession and has a wide range of experience. After 15 years working in Local Government (Gosnells, Bayswater, Wanneroo and Mundaring) Simon entered private practice as a consultant with Statewest Surveying and Planning in Midland in 1997.

David Ingram - Crowd Property
David founded CrowdProperty in Australia in 2020 and is growing it to help SME developers build more homes with expert finance. He was previously co-founder and CEO of an online marketplace for mortgages, insurance and utilities, personally conceiving, founding and successfully exiting an Australian tech start-up. David has a wealth of capabilities developed through a career in strategic advisory and operations spanning the property, fintech, and healthcare industries in both Australia and the UK.

Nitin Vashisht - NAV Accountants and Advisors 
Nitin BIO - As an accountant, he specialises in property advisory with a focus on tax, GST, and asset protection.
Having previously worked as CFO and GM for one of Western Australia’s largest builders and property developers, he developed a 360-degree understanding of the property landscape, enabling him to better connect with and support property developers.
Now a Partner at Fortuna Advisory, he leads Nav Accountants as its dedicated property division.
He is also an active public speaker, regularly presenting at seminars and podcasts on property-related topics, with his most recent engagement taking place in March. He would be delighted to invite Rob Flux as a panellist and speaker at future events.
