With a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering and Business Management from the University of Melbourne, Kapil specialises in practical, commercially focused sustainability solutions, including SDA/ESD Reports, BESS, WSUD, NatHERS 7-Star, Section J and energy modelling. Jason Stanley began his property development journey in 2018 after making a clear decision to create greater freedom and choice in his life. Determined to build a solid foundation rather than rely on guesswork, he reignited his interest in property investing and committed to formal education. He completed a Certificate IV in Business alongside a property mentor, equipping himself with the fundamental knowledge, structure and confidence needed to take action. Like many successful property developers, Jason understood early that education is the critical first step.
