Michael is a registered builder and licensed pool barrier inspector with extensive experience as a private building consultant, property developer, and long-time pool enthusiast. With over 3000 pre-purchase building inspections from studio apartments to $5 million properties and hundreds of new construction stage inspections, not much gets passed his eye. Amber is a full-time accountant, CPA qualified, with an engineering degree, a full real estate agent’s licence, and a range of other professional qualifications. With strong skills in numbers, floorplan design, and finish selections, she brings a sharp eye for detail to every project despite admitting to not being particularly handy on the tools. Having been active in the property investment and development communities for many years, Amber has built a broad understanding across all aspects of the industry. After an extended journey of personal growth and development, she eventually took the leap into her first subdivision deal, laying the foundation for future projects and continued success in property.
