Stan Zaslavsky runs the team at Eagle Vision, an architectural visualisation company that works with leading property developers, architects, and real estate agents to create accurate planning and VCAT visual amenity photomontages or compelling marketing 3D visuals for their developments. Having been involved in the property development industry since 2001, he brings a lot of "on the ground" marketing experience to their clients, whether they are experienced developers or beginners who may need a helping hand with various parts of the 3D visualisation process. Ultimately, he provides effective strategies and solutions to help developers maximise their results at either the planning or marketing stage of the development process! Polina Lvovsky
With more than 20 years of experience in property development and a recently acquired qualification as a buyer’s advocate. Polina has explored a wide range of strategies including subdivision, renovation, single dwelling construction, and multi-unit developments. Over the course of a part-time career in property development, she has successfully delivered 13 projects, including an award-winning home and four multi-unit developments completed within the past three years. Most of these projects have been based in Melbourne’s south-east, particularly within the Bayside area.
