Mark Shearwood is a seasoned property investor and the founder of My Property Empire. With a career spanning over three decades, Mark has under his control developments across Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide totalling over $40 million in value. Mark's journey into property investment began in 1991. Despite earning a modest salary of $60,000, he developed a strategic plan and, within five years, retired from full-time work. His approach involved extensive learning through seminars, books, and hands-on experience in buying, renovating, subdividing, and renting properties.
