Amira Daic brings over 20 years of experience in property and development, backed by a background in interior design and decoration. From a young age, she’s been passionate about property, and her career has spanned a wide range of projects, including renovations and flips, subdivisions, townhouse builds, and knockdown-rebuilds. Amira thrives in the dynamic property space, continuously learning new strategies and negotiating deals to ensure each development is executed with success and profitability. She currently has a six townhouse project in the pipeline.

It all starts off so well… an agent brings you a killer deal off market. The owners were in a pickle, they were moving overseas and had to sell quickly… Get the picture?
Amira was able to negotiate well on this deal purchasing for less than what the owner paid for it, with only a 5% deposit needed, and a delayed settlement! Winning!
Then comes the first WAIT! Amita wanted to get the Building Permit during the delayed settlement period BUT you can’t lodge it if you technically don’t own the property yet. Aughhh!
Then the HURRY UP! The build time was only six months from turning soil to hand over of a stunning 50 square French Provincial home! Wowzer!
Then… WAIT! Just five days on the market and the first of the long COVID lockdowns in Melbourne hit, with agents waiting outside while potential buyers inspected the property solo.
Over the next 10 months Amira watched holding costs spiral, as her peak debt weighed heavily, the staging costs alone were $50,000!!!
After switching agents four times, an exhausting ONE HOUR auction brought the project to a nail-biting close, with bids crawling in at $500 increments!
