Edward Mahony grew up in regional Victoria, and with this foundation, he established laneway ‘pop-up’ bars in Warrnambool and Geelong. Baz Komak started his property development journey in 2017. With a thirst for knowledge, he focused on learning and growing. At the start of COVID in 2020, Baz went full-time and started his brand EQ Property Group. He currently has 9 project in the pipeline including a child care centre, swim school, townhouses and a 34 unit industrial warehouse project.
