Liberté Guthrie and Kaitlin Fitzgerald are the founders of Crossroad Developments- a female-led property development company, with a particular focus on childcare. Liberté, with a business degree specialising in economics, brings extensive experience in property development, having completed over 30 projects across QLD and NSW. Kaitlin, a Master's-qualified Paediatric Occupational Therapist, has spent years supporting children with developmental needs and has also completed several successful property projects.
