Jake Fell
Jake completed undergrad studies in Brisbane in finance and economics before moving to Canberra to pursue a career in the public service. He worked in various government departments, completed further studies and was ready for a long career in Canberra. After 10 years he decided he needed a change. He completed his first property project in 2019 in Brisbane, while living in Canberra. He learned a lot from the experience and decided he could do this as a career with some training. Jake enrolled in the Property Development Formula course in 2021. In 2022 he registered his development business 'Raikes' and has been doing projects since. He is now a full-time developer.
