Jon Tyson and Seamus King started in property with simple investments of buy and hold and over the last 20+ years they’ve moved through the levels from residential buy and hold into commercial buy and hold and then into duplex development. Currently their core focus is subdivisions and rooming houses.
They have 15+ new development sites acquired and/or in development. This equates to 30 new builds and 150 micro apartments.
