His career spans across consulting, infrastructure and construction, mining (coal and nickel), and oil and gas projects enabling him to provide practical solutions to Clients for their unique environmental problems.

Their consultants are qualified Scientists and Engineers with over 10 years of experience in specialised fields and understand the relevant regulations and provide practical solutions.

Chris Newman
Chris Newman had a passion for property for many years and knew that is what he wanted to do - but wasn't sure what “that” was. Having completed a lot of property-related education, he dabbled in renovating. It wasn't until just over 4 years ago that Chris realised that property development was the path he wanted to follow. Starting small with a single house build, he moved into multi-residential development a couple of years later. Juggling a busy full-time job with property development on the side for 3 years was very challenging, but the juggling act paid off with Chris leaving the workforce in June of 2022 and focusing on Property Development full time.

612sqm, Zone Medium Density up to 27m, Palm Beach, Gold Coast City Council, Queensland
Chris and his partner were firing on all cylinders right from the get-go on this project! Securing the site in a rising market with little of their own money in the deal it was full speed ahead! Yeee-haa!
BUT… the project almost didn't get out of the starting blocks when a key investor pulled out 9 days from the site acquisition settlement! Yikes!
And that wasn’t the only obstacle on Chris’ path:
- Build cost increased by 15% between initial detailed quote to signing the contract.
- Design oversights – including unsightly plumbing pipes above the front door! Ooops!
- Variations of $134,000!!! Ouch…
- Timeline blew out by 6 months due to construction delays.
- Profit eroded significantly by hold costs – and…
- They almost ran out of money!!!
