Matt Campbell & Jo Braithwaite
Jo Braithwaite is currently involved in many property development projects across the Brisbane region. She has worked hard to build up her business 'JAK Projects Qld' to the amazing level it is currently at. She is involved in many Joint Venture and solo projects. Jo will never back down from a challenge and ensures every project is finished to the highest standard possible.
Matt Campbell has been in the property game for over 4 years now. Starting with just a single project, Matt has built his business 'KYABEL' up to where it is now, with over 15 residential projects on the go. Many of which are low / no money down deals. Matt loves a challenge and strives to deliver the highest standard of quality through every project.

2 into 3 Subdivision, Renovation and New Build
You might think buying a property with an existing DA is a bonus… BUT what if your due diligence reveals the DA is for something the market doesn’t want? And the zoning changed since it was done too!
Matt & Jo realised the DA was not “highest and best use” of the property and set about revising it with Council. However, Consultants from the original DA were either retired or declined to work on the project!
And the challenges kept coming – with a $300k shortfall in the bank valuation (2 weeks before settlement!!!), building delays, complicated logistics due to the inner-city location, a kerb & channel scope gap between the civil contractor and builder… all led to delayed Plan Sealing!
Fortuitously, this dynamic duo was able to fund the bank valuation shortfall and run the project through JV partners. They were on their way…
The renovations on the two existing Queenslander homes went to plan and they sold quickly for SUBURB RECORD prices!
Council approved the DA change from 3 Terrace Town Homes to an Executive Character Home and the build is going to plan despite COVID, wet weather and build material delays!
