Starting their property journey in investment companies resulted in unfavourable outcomes and direction. This led Kerry and Greg to decide to harness their skills, gain property knowledge and understand how to do a better job. Kerry is diligent in the evaluation of research and site acquisitions while Greg compliments with a wealth of knowledge as an Engineer and a Project Manager within the mining and construction industry. They currently have some exciting deals underway, including a 4 pack townhouse project under construction, another 5 deals operating and a further 2 to be executed in the new financial year.

Kerry & Greg Bridge: 1 into 2 Subdivision
As you know, having the ability to retain an existing dwelling can provide an instant equity uplift once the original house is renovated.
In Kerry & Greg's situation, what they thought would be an easy demo and 1 into 2 subdivision turned into something SO much more! On inspection, they realised the current owner had started a reno on the existing dwelling for them! They thought they were onto a real WINNER...securing this subdivision lot for a great price within 18 hours!
ALAS...Their luck didn't last...
The previous owner left a trail of destruction with the reno unfinished, non-compliances identified during building inspection, and subsequent trade and material shortages meant they did most of the HARD work themselves! A rain deluge then exposed a leak in the house cladding, water saturated clay soil then needed to be removed and replaced, and taking out the existing retaining wall revealed it had MASSIVE footings that had to go! AND they changed town planner right before DA submission...
With CHALLENGES mounting, Kerry and Greg used their creativity to turn this project around and deliver a SMASHING outcome in JUST 6 MONTHS!
