- Deemed To Satisfy submission was rejected,
- hired Property Lawyer to fix Town Planner’s blunders,
- time frame doubled,
- so did the holding costs!
- AND the build was $170,000 over budget!
Vanessa knew the importance of getting the right builder to bring this project in on-time and on-budget. She negotiated Construction Contract terms to hold the builder accountable…
