Rob Flux is a passionate educator and the driving force behind Property Developer Network, Development Sites Australia, and a founding board member of National Property Data. He leads the largest national network of property developers, uniting over 21,800 Australians with a shared goal of achieving financial freedom through property development.
Starting with just five friends gathered around his kitchen table, Rob has built quite a reputation helping to kick start people’s Property Development careers. He has seen a number of PDN members leave their day jobs to transition to full time Property Development, and many more who are well on their way.
His philosophy is simple, individually we are limited to solving our problems by our own worldly experience, but collectively together we can solve most of the problems that people are likely to experience in Property Development, and all progress forward collectively.

Frank Prasad
Frank Prasad’s first property purchase was an apartment in 2018 at a so-called "property investment seminar". With limited experience in real estate, little did he know the property investment seminar was aimed at selling apartments sponsored by the developer. He soon realised that he was stuck with this investment property as it was generating no capital growth. Frank has since made it his mission to educate himself about property. He is a licensed Real Estate and Buyer’s Agent, currently acting as a Buyer’s Agent sourcing properties for first home buyers, investors, and developers. Constantly challenging himself, he now has proven experience in the Property Development space and looking to do more developments in the near future.
