Mark Harris & Nicola Woodman
Nicola Woodman and Mark Harris have been developing property together since 2012, but had both dabbled in property since 1996 & 1991 respectively. With a previous background far away from property, Mark ran his own business selling tools and Nicola was a Registered Mental Health Nurse. Mark quit his business to focus on property in 2018 and Nicola resigned from her nursing role last year. They are based in Adelaide and have concentrated locally, mostly doing land subdivisions, both within Joint Ventures and in their own structures.

Nicola and Mark scored when they found this off market site and negotiated a six-month delayed settlement on this project.
AND they even gained subdivision approval in just 21 business days!!!
However… As with all development projects, things don’t go according to plan:
- Finance delayed beyond 6 months settlement
- Demolition cost blow outs
- Buried asbestos… Eeeekkkk!
- Builder cost blow out
- Sales contract fell over – TWICE!
- Appetite for land sales dropped off
- PLUS stolen materials and fence!
