The Role: MC & Event Co-Ordinator​​​​

Rob is out there leading the charge! His work with state governments across the country is opening doors, raising awareness, and driving real change in property development, change that flows straight back to support our community.

But here’s the thing: while Rob is busy leading the charge at the government level, he can’t be everywhere at once.
And that’s where YOU come in!

To keep our events thriving and our community connected, we’re looking for local legends to step up and help host in several states. This is your chance to play a part in something bigger, keep the conversation alive, and ensure Rob can continue fighting for all of us on the big stage.


Roles available in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth

Are you a natural host who can light up a room, juggle a dozen tasks without breaking a sweat, and keep an event running smoothly from start to finish?
 
We’re looking for one awesome MC & Event Coordinator in each city - SydneyMelbourneBrisbane and Perth to bring energy, order, and great vibes to our monthly property meetups.  This role is part-MC, part-organiser, part-problem-solver and 100% about creating a welcoming, professional, and fun experience for our members.

You’ll also be working closely with Rob Flux to build your confidence and skills in MC-ing and event coordination.

You’ll Be:
  • Running the show on event day from assisting with AV setup and briefing volunteers to welcoming the crowd and MC-ing with confidence
  • Keeping things on track – managing timing, tech, speakers, and the little details that matter
  • Facilitating the selection and coordination of outstanding speakers
  • Booking restaurants and keeping the post-event social vibe going
  • Communicating with volunteers and guiding them on the day
  • Representing our values of fun, growth, and community

 You’ll Need:
  • Event or MC experience (or the confidence to own the mic)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Know the property world (especially development)
  • Great attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Comfort with tech (QR check-ins, AV gear, Zoom, etc.)
  • Based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth, and available monthly, one weekend a month with work required outside of the event
