Presentation Length:
Aim for a presentation anywhere between 30 - 45 minutes long including questions.
Presentation PowerPoint Template:
You are free to use your own presentation deck if you have one, or here is a link to a PowerPoint template that may make things quicker for you, and it will easily slide into our master deck on the day.
If using your own slide deck then please ensure it is created in PowerPoint and that your slide size is set to "Widescreen" being the 16:9 ratio otherwise we will have problems with merging your content with our other presenters.
Here is a guide of what to include in your slides...
Please follow the headers of each slide of the template (link above) which will give you a guide as to the order of information to include. Below is also a more detailed list to cover off on throughout your presentation.
- Mention what the project is, i.e how many Lots / units / stories / basement / car parks / etc
- How the deal was found
- Initial Site Analysis (Good / Bad / Unknown to investigate)
- Have a single page with ALL of the problems
- Any major problems probably a page in themselves with any lessons learned
- Have a single page with ALL of the opportunities
- Any major opportunities probably a page in themselves with lessons learned
- Pics - Before, During & After (These can be spread through the presentation to make it more appealing)
- Any specific photo's of the problems that you had
- Feaso - including your projected feaso and actuals
- Project Timeline (from start to end) - show this as an image if you can
- Lessons Learnt
